TEFL World Wiki:About
The TEFL World Wiki or TWW is a free encyclopaedia on all things TEFL which can be edited by anyone.
It is an ongoing project which we edit and expand daily. Some articles are written by in-house staff, others but registered users. Registration is free and registered users can use the forums as well as write or edit articles.

Development
The TEFL World Wiki or TWW is a major TEFL project based originally upon material from ICAL.
ICAL provides TEFL training. As part of the courses they delivered to their students they put together packages of extra material for reference for their students. This material grew to such an extent it was separated out from the course material and (after a number of incarnations) put together in this wiki.
Although the TWW is a joint project from ICAL and in-house TWW staff, contributions to the TWW are provided by TEFL professionals working for many different organisations (including many different schools, training organisations, etc) as well as TEFL professionals who work as independent teachers and materials writers, etc.
