My name is Prairin and I work as a freelance recruiter for a placement agency in Thailand. The agency has been placing English Teachers around Thailand for 10 years and they are looking for new teachers for the next academic year (1st Semester 2012: from May 2012 to September 2012 2nd Semester 2012: from November 2012 to February/March 2013).
If you are TEFL/ TESL certified and are looking for a teaching position in Thailand I can assist you with the placement.
I am looking for energetic, creative, responsible and culturally sensitive teachers who meet the following conditions:
- Native English speakers from CANADA/ USA/ UK/ AUSTRALIA / NEWZEALAND / SOUTH AFRICA
- 21-50 years old
- Mandatory Bachelor’s degree in any field (exceptions for exceptional people), must have access to original
- 100 hour TESL Diploma, or 120 hour TEFL Certificate, or other recognized teaching certificate
- Clean background check
- Available to begin work in Thailand starting the first week of May 2012.
Locations: Public schools in all areas of Thailand
Salary: Up to 36,000 baht/month
Contract Dates: May 2012 – September 2012/ May 2012 – February/ March, 2013.
Hours: Mon-Fri (20-24 teaching hours/week)

We offer a comprehensive package, (Benefits)
- Salary 25,000-32,000 THB per month
- Guaranteed yearly 3% cost of living pay increase per annum minimum
- End of contract Bonus up to 15,000 BHT (Based on years and performance of service)
- Full paid medical insurance (except for dentistry & chronicle illness) BUPA Medical Insurance.
- 1-2 weeks paid vacation (Provided for free during school breaks- depending on school)
- 2-4 Paid personal & Sick days per year(unused personal days reimbursed at 500 BHT per day at the end of contract
- All Thai Government holidays off with pay (13-15 days)
- Assistance in obtaining a Non –B Visa.
- Visa extension, work permit and teacher’s license will also be paid for.
- The company will also provide assistance with finding accommodation if needed.
Successful candidates will have to attend the Thai Culture and Thai Society course on 4-8 May 2012. (The cost for this course is 7,500 THB)
All this will include: 5 days & 4 nights, Visits to Historical Thai Temples, accommodation, Thai Culture and Thai Society Certificate
